Return Policy

  1. Merchandise may be returned for a full refund less a $9.00 return shipping fee within 60 days from the date of delivery. 
  2. All shipping costs are non-refundable
  3. Merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition with tags attached.
  4. Merchandise returned beyond 60 days will receive a refund in the form of online store credit.
  5. Maggy London only accepts returns for items purchased from our website.
  6. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items returned more than 60 days from the date of delivery.

While making a return you will now have the choice to utilize our instant credit option! 

What is Instant Credit?

Return processing takes about 5-7 business days to reflect back to your original payment form. With our instant credit option, every return will be issued a store credit voucher for their purchase amount that can instantly be used to shop our online store. 

To Use Instant Credit: 

1. Copy voucher code given at end of return processing. 

2. Use voucher code like a gift card at checkout for your new dress! 

That's it, it's that simple. 

If you do not wish to use our instant credit option, simply do not use the voucher code. If instant credit is not used, your return will be credited back to your original form of payment in 5-7 business days from the return date and the voucher code will become void.

I gave a gift to someone; can they return it?

Definitely! If you send a gift to someone they can return it for a refund in the form of online store credit and purchase something else. They can also choose to refund the original method of payment used by the person who placed the gift order. Online store credit is only redeemable at Maggy London. Their preference must be advised on the packing slip included in their return.

I have damaged merchandise, can I return it?

In the unlikely event that you receive defective merchandise from, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Please be sure to contact customer service at before sending back any damaged or defective items so they can authorize the return. However, if the item has been worn and damaged, we will be unable to accept the item for a return.

What will it cost me to make a return?

Please note: all returns are charged a flat fee of $9.00 to partially offset the costs of shipping, quality control and restocking.


Need to send something back?

No problem, we offer free exchanges on all US orders! If you would like to send something back for a different dress you can return your item for a refund and purchase a new style. (or use our instant credit option!)

Exchanging Your Order?

We want to make your exchange experience easy. To ensure proper handling of your return, please do the following:

  1. Click on the returns & exchanges link located at the bottom of our website
  2. Enter your order number and billing zip code
  3. Select the item you want to exchange
  4. When the list of return reasons pop up you must select "did not fit right", "too big", or "too small" after one of those options is selected you will have the option to choose return or exchange for each item in your order.
  5. In the next section you will be able to select the new size you need. 
  6. Click submit after reviewing all the information and your exchange will be processed immediately!
  7. Once exchange is completed you will recieve an email with order confirmation details and steps to send back your original order. 

You will also receive a confirmation email containing a copy of your shipping label and packing slip as well as a link to track your return.

* Returns cannot be made at department and specialty store locations.

What will it cost me to make an exchange?

Nothing! All exchanges are even exchanges and free when you use our return shipping label.

When will I receive my exchange?

We want you to receive your exchange or refund ASAP! You can expect your exchange to process within approximately 5-7 business days of us receiving your merchandise. Once your exchange has been processed you will receive a new order confirmation via email. Please note during the holiday season processing times may take longer.

I gave a gift to someone; can they exchange it for something else?

Yes, customers can exchange gifted items by following the instructions above. Maggy London only offers exchanges for the same style in a different size.
