Return Policy

  1. Merchandise may be returned to any Happy Returns location for a full refund less a $5.00 restocking fee within 60 days from the date of delivery. 
  2. Merchandise may be returned for a full refund less a $9.00 return shipping fee within 60 days from the date of delivery. 
  3. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition with tags attached. Merchandise brought to a Happy Returns location will be verified by a returnista. 
  5. Merchandise returned beyond 60 days up to 90 days will receive a refund in the form of online store credit whether returned by mail or at a Happy Returns location. 
  6. Maggy London only accepts returns for items purchased from our website.
  7. We are unable to create prepaid return labels for international orders. International customers returning items are responsible for creating shipping labels.

I received a gift from someone; can I return it?

Definitely! If you receive a gift from someone you can return it for a refund in the form of online store credit and purchase something else. Online store credit is only redeemable at Maggy London. Their preference must be advised on the packing slip included in their return.

I have damaged merchandise, can I return it?

In the unlikely event that you receive defective merchandise from, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Please be sure to contact customer service at before sending back any damaged or defective items so they can authorize the return. However, if the item has been worn and damaged, we will be unable to accept the item for a return.

What will it cost me to make a return?

Please note: all domestic returns by are charged a flat fee of $9.00 to partially offset the costs of shipping, quality control and restocking.

International customers returning items are responsible for creating shipping labels and covering the cost of return shipping. 


Need to send something back?

No problem, we offer free exchanges on all US orders! If you would like to send something back for a different dress you can return your item for a refund and purchase a new style. 

Exchanging Your Order?

We want to make your exchange experience easy. To ensure proper handling of your return, please do the following:

  1. Begin your return here
  2. Enter your email or order number to find your order
  3. Select the item you want to exchange
  4. Choose the most accurate reason for your return. After return reason is selected you will have the opportunity to choose to exchange your item for a different color or size option. It you would like to exchange for a completely different dress, you will have that option in the next step. 
  5. Click submit after reviewing all the information and your exchange will be processed immediately upon drop off at a Happy Returns location of scan by a postal service upon drop off. 
  6. Once exchange is completed you will receive an email with order confirmation details and steps to send back your original order. 

Upon completing this process you will receive a confirmation email containing a copy of your shipping label and packing slip as well as a link to track your return.

What will it cost me to make an exchange?

Nothing! All exchanges processes are free when you use our return shipping label or bring it to a Happy Returns location.

When will I receive my exchange?

We want you to receive your exchange or refund ASAP! You can expect your exchange to process within approximately 2-3 business days of us receiving your merchandise. Once your exchange has been processed you will receive a new order confirmation via email. Please note during the holiday season processing times may take longer.

I received a gift from someone; can I exchange it for something else?

Yes, customers can exchange gifted items by following the instructions above. Maggy London only offers exchanges for the same style in a different size.
