All payments are processed securely through Shopify and associated payment providers. By submitting an order, you authorize us (through our payment partners) to charge your payment method for the total purchase amount.

4. Shipping & Returns

No Class Actions: You agree that disputes will not be brought as class, collective, or representative actions.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Arbitration Rules: Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
