Current Status & Ongoing Efforts

 

Accessibility is not a one-time project — it is an ongoing commitment. We have taken the following steps to improve digital accessibility:

• Added a 'Skip to Content' link to allow keyboard and screen reader users to bypass navigation menus and go directly to the main content of each page.

• Included descriptive alternative text on key product images to support screen readers.

• Ensured our site is navigable by keyboard.

• Structured page headings and content to follow a logical reading order.

• Made our size guide and product filtering features operable without a mouse.

 

We are currently working to:

• Complete a comprehensive WCAG 2.1 Level AA audit across all pages, modals, and checkout flows.

• Improve color contrast ratios on promotional banners and navigational elements.

• Enhance screen reader compatibility for interactive features including the size guide modal, multi-level navigation menus, and loyalty program pages.

• Ensure all video content includes captions or transcripts.

• Review third-party components (including returns portal and loyalty program) for accessibility compliance.

 

Known Limitations

 

While we are committed to full accessibility, we acknowledge that some areas of our website may not yet meet the WCAG 2.1 Level AA standard. We are prioritizing remediation of all known issues. If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please contact us so we can address it promptly.

We will update this section as our audit is completed and as remediation progresses.

This Accessibility Statement was last reviewed and updated in March 2026. We review and update this statement on a rolling basis as remediation progresses and at minimum once per year. Our goal is to complete a full WCAG 2.1 Level AA audit and publish updated conformance results within 90 days.
