As much as I wanted to love this dress, on closer inspection the dress is of inferior quality. Especially considering the $200 price tag. The seam in the arms and at the back does not align. The dress underlay is such a thin polyester, you can see through it. There is a gathering at the side in the stomach area that you can not tell is there in the fashion pictures. It makes the mid area look wrinkled and makes a smooth belly area look pooched. The sizing is fine but if I wore it it would need some tailoring to look flattering. I don't feel like a dress of this subpar quality deserves another $60 investment with my seamstress. It's a pretty dress but it looks common and unsightly in person.

This dress is just beautiful. I am mother of the bride and I needed a dress for a July wedding. Although the dress is in black which I did not want for an outdoor event in summer, the dress is very light and the netting on top makes it cool. I did order two sizes larger than I usually wear. The rutching in the netting hides the middle age pouch.
