Flattering fit and sleek fabric
"Loved the fit and feel of this dress. Should be great for date nights and lunch with the ladies. My only quibble - the drawstrings on the top of the the shoulders are really non-functional. And the droopy string-like bows are annoying so I plan to trim them off and sew the raw ends under the shoulder. Others may not mind this design detail. I just think the garment looks a bit better without them. The waist drawstrings also serve little purpose but they look fine when’re they are so I plan to leave them."

With arms at sides, place tape measure under your arms and run it around the fullest part of the bust line and across the shoulder blades.
Natural Waist
Find the natural crease of your waist by bending to one side. Run tape measure around your natural waistline, keeping one finger between the tape and your body for a comfortable fit.
Hips
With feet together, run tape measure around the fullest part of your hips/seat, about 7 to 8 inches below your waistline.
INSEAM
For full-length pants, run tape measure along the inside of your leg, from just below the crotch to 1 inch below the ankle.
