I’m not really into the flouncy dresses in style right now; however, this one has a defined elastic waist and then flouncy layers. Great fabric. Love it!

Just beautiful

This is absolutely beautiful. Purchased the black/tan in a 12. Fits perfect - very TTS. Def maxi length but even just a 1 inch heel will make a difference. Don't hesitate!
